ASTM D93 Pensky-Martens Intelligent Opening Flash Point Tester
1.Overview
PCK208 type intelligent opening flash point automatic tester is in accordance with the national standard of the People's Republic of China - Determination of flash point and ignition point of petroleum products_ Cleveland open cup method -GB/T 3536-2008, ASTM D92, ISO2592-2000 relevant provisions, It is designed by using microprocessor control technology and true color touch liquid crystal display system. This instrument is usually used for the determination of petroleum products other than fuel oil (which is usually determined in accordance with GB/T 261), and the flash point of the cup is higher than 79 ° C

2.Characteristics
Chinese and English bilingual menu, true color GUI touch screen interface design, intuitive display, simple operation (under certain conditions can be completely familiar with the operation process without looking at the manual), reasonable structure of the instrument, wide test range, repeatability and authenticity. The test process of the instrument is fully automatic. The temperature, time and other parameters involved are displayed by the LCD. On this LCD screen, the user will also see the working state of the instrument and the relevant operation tips.
You only need to preset the expected flash point or initial temperature of the substance to be tested, and the instrument can heat up, sweep, flash point detection, detection device lifting, air cooling, and print out the results at the specified rate, eliminating the complex operation process that you have to do by hand in the past. It has the function of automatic detection and manual input of atmospheric pressure. When the automatic detection state is valid, the manual input is invalid, and vice versa. The instrument will automatically correct the test results according to the atmospheric pressure changes.
The instrument has powerful data processing functions: it can remember the results of the past 100 times of analysis, so that you can easily query and print the historical records. It can remember the preset parameters before shutting down each time. The instrument comes with a hundred year calendar, which can display the year, month, day, hour, minute and second. Optional 232 computer management interface (a set of equipment computer software)

3.Structure of instrument
The instrument is single design, beautiful shape, compact structure, light weight, small volume.
The control core is equipped with power supply, interface, clock, drive, LCD display system and other functional circuits, as well as heating electric furnace, cover opening mechanism, testing mechanism, air source control valve and lifting mechanism and other executive parts to complete the automatic control of the whole inspection process.
