1.Description:When the coating performance test, the experimenter needs to prepare a large number of uniform coating specimen, and the traditional manual spraying effect depends largely on the operator's experience and technology, not only is it difficult to ensure the uniformity of the coating (especially when spraying a large area of the specimen), but also improper spraying operation will be hazardous to the operator's health and the environment. In view of this situation and combining with other products in the market, BiaoGeDa has developed a full-automatic spraying cabinet, which has the following advantages:
* Integrating automatic spraying and dry spraying filtration technology into one, closed spraying operation, completely isolate the operator and paint mist, health and environmental protection;
* Equipped with studio air inlet filtration system to ensure that the spraying process is not polluted by the external environment;
* The exhaust gas produced by spraying is filtered through the uniquely designed double exhaust air filtration device, which prevents the environment from being polluted by the spraying operation to the greatest extent;
* Imported Graco automatic spray gun, can automatically adjust a variety of spraying parameters, such as spray width, atomization, feeding pressure and ultra-precise paint flow;
* Complex coating and spraying processes such as wet-on-wet can be implemented;
* The automatic spray gun can be quickly loaded and unloaded, making it easy for users to quickly change to a different spray gun;
* Pressure-feeding material supply design of the spray gun, compared with gravity and suction type spray gun, its spray volume is more convenient to adjust, and the supply air pressure (atomization pressure) of the gun has nothing to do with the spray volume is more stable and more accurate;
* 10-inch touch screen control, powerful visualization of the operation
* Multiple spraying programs can be edited and saved; and intelligent spraying programs are preset to help personnel unfamiliar with spraying operations to complete spraying with one key;
* The machine adopts servo control system, which can adopt horizontal, vertical and cross multiple spraying methods, and can freely set the spraying area to reduce waste and spraying time, doubling the efficiency!
* Easy to dismantle the specimen net frame, convenient for customers to replace the specimen of different materials, shorten the spraying flow operation time.
* The inner wall of the instrument is coated with Te flon non-stick coating, which is easy to clean.
* Disposable cup to contain the sample to be sprayed, simple and convenient, free of cleaning, low cost;
