1.Description

The principle of the spectrophotometer is a light source generated by a continuous radiation light by the dispersion system (monochromator) decomposed into wavelengths of continuous monochromatic light, monochromatic light by irradiation to the sample cell, through the pool of samples will be absorbed by the detection of the intensity of the incident light S and the intensity of the incident light R, the transmittance T = S / R. If the wavelength is continuously adjusted (i.e., scanning), it can be obtained in the biochemical samples on the wavelength distribution of the transmittance, its transmittance on the wavelength distribution and the composition of the sample and concentration related. 1200L/mm grating, C-T type monochromator structure, sample chamber can choose 100mm sample holder, with T, A, C, F and other functions, can be equipped with special software to realize the analysis of data from multiple angles, storage and retrieval more convenient. With RS232 communication interface can be optional printer.
