1.Description:

Scribing has been widely used as an important method to assess the degree of adhesion of a coating to a substrate. Although the traditional manual scribing method is simple and convenient, the operator's cutting speed and cutting force on the size of the coating cannot be accurately controlled, which leads to some differences in test results between different testers. The latest ISO 2409-2019 standard clearly states that in order to obtain a uniform and consistent cut, motor-driven automatic scribers should be used whenever possible.

BGD 535 automatic film coating and scribing machine is an automatic film coating and scribing machine designed by our company according to the latest ISO 2409 and GB/T 9286 standards. Compared with similar products in the market, it has the following advantages:
*Adopting 7-inch industrial-grade full touch screen, relevant cutting parameters can be edited, and the parameter display is clear and intuitive;
*Cutting speed, cutting distance, cutting times (number of frames) can be set;
*Automatic compensation of load force during cutting to ensure constant coating load and consistent cutting depth;
*The specimen is automatically clamped, simple and convenient;
*After completing a certain cutting direction, the working platform will automatically rotate 90° accurately, in order to avoid artificial rotation resulting in the cutting line not being able to cross completely vertically.
*Optional special test cutter head (φ1mm) is available to complete the scratch resistance test of automotive interior parts, which complies with GME 60280 standard.
