1.Description:

BGD 500/S automatic pull-off adhesion tester is an intelligent pull-off adhesion tester newly developed by our company on the basis of similar products from abroad, pulling off the coating in a specific area through the hydraulic pressure for pulling off the test, pulling off the force can be accurately displayed through the digital display, there are two different units of MPa and psi for choice. The instrument is the first of its kind in China, with the following features: simple operation, accurate data, low maintenance cost and few supporting consumables:
*Portable design, built-in rechargeable lithium battery, without external power supply, suitable for field and laboratory use.
*The first fully automatic test of adhesion between paint and substrate by pulling method in China; high repeatability of test data
* Electrically controlled hydraulic pump automatically increases the pulling force continuously and stably, minimizing human error and the influence of the pulling process.
* 5.0-inch large touch screen with tensile force curve display function, which can clearly observe the change of tensile force in the whole test process
* The drawing speed adopts PID closed-loop control, which is stable and adjustable.
*The tensile force can also be constant during the test to determine whether the coating is detached from the substrate under a certain force value.
*Standard Micro-USB interface, connected with the computer instrument similar to a U disk, you can directly copy the stored experimental data, do not need to install any software, easy to use.

*Conforms to GB/T 5210, ASTM D4541/D7234, ISO 4624/16276-1 and other standards.
* The machine has a built-in real-time clock, all the saved data have the corresponding experimental date, time, etc.; it is convenient for users to summarize and manage the experimental data.
* 10, 14, 20, 50mm various pull-off spindles for products with different bonding strengths, expanding the functions and resolution of the instrument.
* Each instrument is calibrated by traceable pressure sensor with accuracy of ±1% of full scale before leaving the factory, with calibration certificate.
*Pull-off data is stored internally, including maximum pull-off force, pull-off rate, test time and spindle size.
*Pull-off rate display makes it easier for the operator to observe and adjust the pull-off rate in accordance with international standard test methods.
* Simply press a button to select the size of the pull-off unit, change the unit of measurement or store the reading.
*No conversion table is required, the instrument automatically calculates the pull-off force based on the size of the pull-off unit.
*Inexpensive, single-use, no cleaning or reuse required for long term record keeping.
*Aluminum self-aligning pull-off unit ensures accurate measurements on smooth or uneven surfaces.
*High quality industrial pressure transducer ensures continuity of accuracy.
*Liquid crystal display in MPa or psi.
