Instroduction

The cardboard drop testing machine is used to conduct free drop tests on the surfaces, edges and corners of packaging items. It is equipped with a digital height display instrument and uses a decoder to track the height, providing the product's drop height. The error between the actual drop height and the preset drop height does not exceed 2% or 10mm. It is used to test the damage caused by the product packaging due to falling and to evaluate the impact resistance during transportation and handling.

Technical Features

1. It adopts a single-arm double-column structure, equipped with an electric reset function, an electrically controlled drop protection device, and an electric lifting mechanism. It is very convenient to use.

2. The hydraulic buffer device significantly enhances the machine's service life, stability and safety. The single-arm design makes it easy to place products.

3. The angle difference between the impact surface and the bottom plate plane should be less than or equal to 5°.
